Give every WooCommerce order a clean PDF invoice, packing slip and delivery note — generated on your own server, attached to the right order email automatically, and printable in one click from the order screen.
Built for the current WooCommerce: classic and block checkout, and HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage).
What it does
- PDF invoice for any order — branded with your logo, business details and accent color.
- Packing slip and delivery note — quantities for the warehouse, no prices.
- Automatic email attachment — attach the invoice PDF to the Processing or Completed order email.
- One-click print or download from the order screen (classic and HPOS).
- Sequential or order-number invoice numbering, with an optional prefix — the assigned number is stored on the order, so a reprint never changes it.
- A4 or Letter, full Unicode (accents and every currency symbol render correctly).
- Graceful fallback. If your host is missing the PDF engine, documents open as clean printable pages instead, and the order email still sends.
Add-ons
Bulk printing is available as a separate plugin, Rebel Studios Invoice Documents Pro: select any number of orders and print them as one PDF with a page per order. It is a separate download and is not required — everything described above works on its own.
Privacy
Everything is generated on your own server with dompdf. No order data is sent anywhere, and PDF rendering has remote access disabled — your logo is embedded directly, so the plugin makes no external requests.

Installation
- Upload the plugin to
/wp-content/plugins/and activate it, or install it from Plugins Add New. - Go to WooCommerce Invoices and enter your business name, address and logo.
- Choose which order email carries the invoice PDF.
- Open any order — the Invoices box on the right prints an invoice, packing slip or delivery note.
Requires WooCommerce. For true PDF files your host needs the standard PHP dom and mbstring extensions (enabled on essentially all WordPress hosts).

Does it work with the new block checkout and HPOS?

Yes. It declares compatibility with both and reads order data the same way in each.

Where are invoice numbers stored?

On the order itself. Once an invoice number is assigned it is saved, so reprinting an invoice always shows the same number.

Your PHP is missing the
domormbstringextension. Ask your host to enable them (standard on almost all hosts). Until then, documents open as printable web pages. -
Can I customize the template?

Logo, business details, accent color, footer note, font and paper size are all configurable from the settings screen.
