generated on your own server, attached to the right order email automatically, and printable in one click from the order screen.<\/p>\n\n<p>Built for the current WooCommerce: <strong>classic <em>and<\/em> block checkout<\/strong>, and <strong>HPOS<\/strong> (High-Performance Order Storage).<\/p>\n\n<h4>What it does<\/h4>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>PDF invoice<\/strong> for any order \u2014 branded with your logo, business details and accent color.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Packing slip<\/strong> and <strong>delivery note<\/strong> \u2014 quantities for the warehouse, no prices.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Automatic email attachment<\/strong> \u2014 attach the invoice PDF to the Processing or Completed order email.<\/li>\n<li><strong>One-click print or download<\/strong> from the order screen (classic and HPOS).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sequential or order-number<\/strong> invoice numbering, with an optional prefix \u2014 the assigned number is stored on the order, so a reprint never changes it.<\/li>\n<li><strong>A4 or Letter<\/strong>, full Unicode (accents and every currency symbol render correctly).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Graceful fallback.<\/strong> If your host is missing the PDF engine, documents open as clean printable pages instead, and the order email still sends.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4>Add-ons<\/h4>\n\n<p>Bulk printing is available as a separate plugin, <a href=\"https:\/\/rebelstudiossoftware.com\/wc-invoices-pro\">Rebel Studios Invoice Documents Pro<\/a>: select any number of orders and print them as one PDF with a page per order. It is a separate download and is not required \u2014 everything described above works on its own.<\/p>\n\n<h4>Privacy<\/h4>\n\n<p>Everything is generated on your own server with dompdf. No order data is sent anywhere, and PDF rendering has remote access disabled \u2014 your logo is embedded directly, so the plugin makes no external requests.<\/p>\n\n<!--section=installation-->\n<ol>\n<li>Upload the plugin to <code>\/wp-content\/plugins\/<\/code> and activate it, or install it from <strong>Plugins \u2192 Add New<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Go to <strong>WooCommerce \u2192 Invoices<\/strong> and enter your business name, address and logo.<\/li>\n<li>Choose which order email carries the invoice PDF.<\/li>\n<li>Open any order \u2014 the Invoices box on the right prints an invoice, packing slip or delivery note.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p>Requires WooCommerce. For true PDF files your host needs the standard PHP <code>dom<\/code> and <code>mbstring<\/code> extensions (enabled on essentially all WordPress hosts).<\/p>\n\n<!--section=faq-->\n<dl>\n<dt id=\"does%20it%20work%20with%20the%20new%20block%20checkout%20and%20hpos%3F\"><h3>Does it work with the new block checkout and HPOS?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Yes. It declares compatibility with both and reads order data the same way in each.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"where%20are%20invoice%20numbers%20stored%3F\"><h3>Where are invoice numbers stored?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>On the order itself. Once an invoice number is assigned it is saved, so reprinting an invoice always shows the same number.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"my%20host%20shows%20a%20%22pdf%20engine%20unavailable%22%20notice.\"><h3>My host shows a \"PDF engine unavailable\" notice.<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Your PHP is missing the <code>dom<\/code> or <code>mbstring<\/code> extension. Ask your host to enable them (standard on almost all hosts).
